On March 11, the Qixing District Civil Affairs Bureau hosted an event titled “Promoting ‘Five-Community Collaboration’ to Care for ‘Young Children and the Elderly’,” organized by the Guangxi Renzhe Social Work Service Center, and jointly implemented by social service stations from various subdistricts, along with relevant communities, volunteer organizations, and individuals at the Gaoxin Wanda Plaza. As one of the caring enterprises, Hengbao Protective Supplies participated in this event and distributed charitable supplies to support its success.
During this event, audience members were educated about social work expertise, provisions of the Law on the Protection of Minors, and showcased achievements of social work stations through program performances, quiz sessions with prizes, and displayed exhibition boards. Senior citizen groups, children’s groups, and community resident organizations also presented artistic performances interspersed throughout the event. Everyone sang and danced together, creating a joyful and harmonious atmosphere at the venue.
At the event site, various hands-on experiences of autonomous-region-level intangible cultural heritage projects were specially designed to cater to the needs of both young children and elderly participants, receiving high praise from the audience. The Yongcai folk tune performance offered the elderly a spectacular audiovisual feast; meanwhile, children eagerly lined up, eager to try their hand at the art of rubbing stone carvings from Guilin. In addition, volunteers provided free medical consultations and health-related experience activities on-site.
At the event site, Hengbao Protective Supplies delivered caring supplies to families in need. In a relaxed and warm atmosphere, everyone enjoyed a delightful day together.
The Guangxi Renzhe Social Work Service Center was established in 2005. Guided by the philosophy of “Those who show kindness to others will themselves be loved in return,” the center has been continuously carrying out public welfare activities on various themes, including assisting students, helping those in need, supporting people with disabilities, caring for the elderly, and providing disaster relief. It has also built up a pool of outstanding volunteers and caring enterprises dedicated to public service. Mr. Hu Zhiqiang, Chairman of Hengbao Protective Equipment Co., Ltd., is the founder of “Renzhe.” Over the past 18 years, he and the Hengbao Protective team have consistently channeled their compassion into a wide range of public welfare initiatives. Mr. Hu Zhiqiang says that acts of kindness require no justification—what matters most is persistence.
