On February 10, Zhonghong Medical and Hengbao Protective held a strategic merger signing ceremony in Guilin. With Hengbao Protective joining Zhonghong Medical, the two companies will achieve deep integration, further solidifying Zhonghong Medical’s comprehensive leadership position in the protective gloves sector.

As of now, Hengbao Protective has become one of the five major manufacturing bases of Zhonghong Medical—located in Tangshan, Hebei; Jiujiang, Jiangxi; Yichun, Jiangxi; Guangyuan, Sichuan (under construction); and Guilin, Guangxi.

PVC protective gloves are glove products made primarily from polyvinyl chloride. They feature antistatic properties and do not cause protein allergies. Compared to nitrile protective gloves, PVC protective gloves offer a price advantage and are widely used in the food industry, thereby safeguarding human health and hygiene.

The Zhonghong Pulin PVC protective gloves, manufactured by Zhonghong Medical, are transparent in color and come in five sizes—from XS to XL. Consumers can select the appropriate size based on their hand dimensions.

Of this amount, overseas sales totaled about 4.788 billion yuan, representing 97.71% of its total revenue.

Hengbao Protective, whose flagship product is latex surgical gloves, will serve as a high-end puzzle piece to help Zhonghong Medical expand its market.

As of now, Hengbao Protective has built 20 advanced surgical glove production lines, with an annual output of 500 million pairs of latex surgical gloves. Its production capacity ranks first in China and among the top three globally, making it a leading global enterprise in the field of latex surgical gloves with significant scale advantages.
